Museum on the Move! Y1 had the exciting opportunity to have taxidermy animals sent to us as well as an online call with a representative from Ulster Museum to talk to the children about animals! We looked at a buzzard, fox, squirrel and hedgehog. The children were so excited and engaged and learned a lot about these animals. They answered questions and were excellent listeners during the learning time! Miss Taylor

Some of our Eco-Committee along with Mrs Cleland, Gillian and Amy Simpson got invited to an awards ceremony at CAFRE for our "Most Eco-Friendly Scarecrow" Winner last June. We met the Mayor Leah Kirkpatrick and the pupils planted their own Pak Choi with James. #noinbetweenmakecarrsglengreen #carrsglenrocks
